The felling foot is used for sewing professional looking flat-felled seams such as the seams in jeans. It can also be used for turning narrow edges and hems. This foot will save you time and is great for construction of many garments especially enclosed side seams.
This foot is for low shank style feet with 5mm stitch width that snap on. Not suitable for most 7mm top load Janome, Kenmore, Elna machines
