Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within Canada under $100. Over $100 includes free shipping. If you need shipping outside of Canada, please contact us directly. Costs may be adjusted with special circumstances, and customer will be contacted if changes are necessary. 
Pre-order for new machines may be necessary. Expect up to 2 weeks to arrive in store after ordering. Machines shipped to the customer are shipped from the store after their arrival. Shipping is not recommended for recirculated machines as we typically do not have their original packaging and cannot guarantee safe arrival.

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as recirculated items, sewing machines, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item. 

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. 

New sewing machines: Machine returns are limited to 30 days after taking the machine home.

Within those 30 days, 75% of the purchase can be returned to customer in the form of store credit. Remaining 25% is put towards restocking fee. 

If exchanging for another machine, full amount may be applied to new purchase. If original purchase amount is higher than the new machine, difference will be given to customer as store credit. 

After 30 days, machines are considered used. On a case-by-case basis, we can take the machine back as a trade-in or on consignment. 

Recirculated sewing machines: Machine returns are limited to 30 days after taking the machine home. 75% of the purchase can be returned to customer in the form of store credit. Remaining 25% is put towards restocking fee.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
