Finished Project

- 3 fat quarters (approximately 18" × 22") of quilting cotton:1¼ metres of white quilting cotton
- 1 dark fabric
- 1 medium fabric
- 1 light fabric
- 15" of coordinating ribbon (¼"–½" wide)
- Black embroidery floss
- Basic quilting supplies, including:
- Rotary cutter
- Cutting mat
- Quilting ruler
- Fabric scissors
- Pins or quilting clips
- Thread to coordinate with your fabrics
- Sewing machine in good working order with a new quilting needle
By the end of the class, you'll have completed a charming butterfly wall hanging while building the foundational quilting skills needed for future quilt projects.
