Sustainable Style: Styling What You Already Own

Want to refresh your wardrobe creatively without constantly buying new clothes?

This beginner-friendly fashion styling workshop focuses on building stylish outfits using clothing you already own, thrifted pieces, vintage finds, and sustainable fashion concepts. Through hands-on exercises and styling demonstrations, participants will learn how to develop their personal style while exploring layering, color coordination, silhouettes, texture, and creative outfit building.

This class is designed to encourage confidence, creativity, and a more sustainable approach to fashion.

Ages: 16+

You Bring

  • 2–3 clothing items from your wardrobe

  • Optional accessories, shoes, or inspiration images

  • Optional notebook or sketchbook

Participants are encouraged to bring pieces they would like help styling during the workshop exercises.

Skill Details: No prior fashion or styling experience necessary. Open to anyone interested in fashion, creativity, and sustainable styling.
Requirements: Participants should bring 2–3 clothing items from home for styling exercises.
Instructor: Michael Anthony
Instructor Bio: Michael Anthony is a fashion stylist, costume designer, educator, and instructor at Pacific Design Academy with a background in film, music, creative direction, and fashion styling. His work combines cinematic storytelling, streetwear influences, sustainable fashion concepts, and confidence-building through personal style. He brings over 20 years of experience in fashion, costume work, styling, and creative education.
