In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to turn your woven or knit fabric scraps into new, usable fabric yardage—perfect for creating garments that are both sustainable and stylish. Whether you're cleaning out your stash or looking to breathe new life into pre-loved textiles, this workshop will teach you the fundamentals of piecing like fabrics together to make something beautifully functional.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Skill requirements:
Have sewn a few garments projects on your own, know how to read a pattern and understand size chart PLUS basic sewing experience (knowing how to thread and use a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, construct simple seams, and be familiar with sewing terminology such as "right sides of fabric together" and "seam allowance").
Must be aged 16+
