Sept 23 - Fantastic sea-creatures
This Pro-D day, learn to hand-stitch your own fantastic fish or other sea-creature pillow. Have fun diving into the fabrics, thread and notions. There will be some interesting stitches to decorate and sew (appliqué) some colourful patches onto your creature. All supplies will be provided. Please bring a snack and water/juice.
All materials included. Just come ready to create!

Jeanine Hartman obtained her art education degree from NSCAD, where she also learned to combine printmaking and fibre arts. After decades teaching visual arts in the public system, she is excited to bring her love for fibre arts to the Green Thimble.
