Patchwork Hoodie - Hosted at The Makehouse

In this sewing class, draw inspiration from Nepalese patchwork hoodies as we upcycle old sweatshirts and sweatpants or utilize sweater jersey scraps to craft your very own distinctive hoodie. Discover the beauty of joining smaller fabric pieces to form larger panels, with the added effect of creating fun patterns. Embrace the versatility of a serger with exposed seams for a playful finish, or opt for concealed seams for a polished look. Prior experience in sizing patterns for oneself is recommended, as this class is designed for intermediate-level sewers seeking a rewarding challenge.
