In our second class in the free motion series, we start using rulers as templates. You'll embark on a journey to precision and creativity. Things you will need for this class:
- Sewing machine in good working order (if need be, you may borrow one of ours in class, but it is best to learn on your own machine)
- Brand new needle
- Ruler quilting foot (this is different from a regular free motion foot)
- Vibrant coloured thread for quilting, so you can see your beautiful stitching (I like quilting with King Tut)
- Extension table (necessary to have a flat surface for the rulers to rest against)
- Fabric will be provided
- Optional:
- Free motion gloves or grippers
- Sew Slip or similar non-stick mat
