Welcome to our creative and personalized sewing class, where the power of choice is in your hands! In this unique sewing workshop, each student has the opportunity to embark on their own sewing journey, guided by a skilled and experienced instructor. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned seamstress, our class is tailored to your individual preferences and skill level.

What sets this class apart is that you get to choose your sewing project. Whether it's traditional piecing, foundation paper piecing, y-seams, partial seams, or something else entirely, the choice is yours. Our quilting instructor is here to help you bring your vision to life.

What to bring to class:
  • Anything you will need for your specific project. Some likely candidates are:
    • Sewing machine in good working order (if you don't have one, you are welcome to use one of ours)
    • Fabric needed for project
    • Any stabilizers needed
    • Batting, if you are at this stage in the project
    • Typical notions and accessories:
      • Fresh needle
      • Thread
      • Pins
      • Fabric scissors
      • Small cutting mat, ruler(s), and rotary cutter
      • Marking tools
      • Bobbin(s)
      • 1/4" foot
      • Walking foot
      • Free motion foot
